Best Italian Restaurant in Waxahachie

So many great places to eat in Waxahachie! Tonight we ate at the Tuscan Slice because we love wood fired pizza. This place did not disappoint! A kind and upbeat gentleman greeted us and sat us promptly. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. We ordered the Italian Meat Pizza and it was fabulous! The meats, sauce and cheese were extremely flavorful and the crust was baked perfectly to just the right crispiness! We also ordered the bruschetta, yum yum!

The food is excellent, and the service matches it. The bartenders, Lane & Alex nail every drink, and most importantly, Vidal always takes great care of us! My husband swears their spaghetti and meatballs are the best he’s ever had, and the wagyu short ribs are my personal favorite. Five stars across the board.

Vidal was incredibly sweet! We came in for lunch with our boys, and he went above and beyond to make the experience fun for them. He helped them make their own pizzas, gave them extra dough to play with, and even taught them how to toss the dough like real pizza makers! We absolutely love how family-oriented this place is. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming — it truly feels like eating at home. Elanyah was our waitress. She was so sweet and adorable too.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tuscan Slice! The food was amazing from start to finish. I had the salmon stuffed platter, my husband had a pasta dish, and our 1½ year old enjoyed a pizza. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. What truly set this restaurant apart, though, was the incredible service. Our server was fantastic. He friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed.

This was our first time eating here. We were just passing through town. The pizza was awesome! The restaurant was clean and the decor is super cute. But where they really shined was the service. Fabian was our waiter and he was amazing. So kind and helpful. Just seemed like a delightful person.
